How do I track my order?

You can track your order by checking the confirmation email regarding the shipment of your order. It contains a link with your tracking number. If you haven't received this email or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us through the contact form. We’ll be happy to assist you.

What is your return policy?

If your product is faulty, we may request its return via recorded delivery for inspection, and if confirmed we will replace it within 21 days of delivery. For more information please visit our delivery and returns page.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Standard shipping is free within the EU for orders over €50.

How do I apply a discount code?
