Returns Policy
We are proud of the quality of our products. As such, if you find your goods to be in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to request a return of the faulty goods with the consignment number on the outside of the box, by recorded delivery, and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, we are willing to replace the product if it is returned within 21 days of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Ireland & Northern Ireland: 4 working days
- United Kingdom: 5 working days
- Western Europe: 5 working days
- Eastern Europe: 10 working days
- United States: 5-10 working days (customs may cause delays)
We are delighted to provide complimentary standard shipping to all European countries for any purchase over €50.
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Ireland may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.
Additionally, when ordering from LLR-G5 Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
